You’re out of the 6-month warranty and need your board repaired! What do you do?

ATOM LONGBOARDS REPAIR PROCESS


Step 1.       Fill out repair form below with as much detailed information as possible.

Step 2.       Send any pictures or videos to customerservice@mbs.com.

Step 3.       We’ll provide a remote diagnosis and advise you the next diagnostic steps.

Step 4.       You either purchase parts to install yourself OR send the board to us for diagnosis/repair.

Note: If you choose to purchase parts make repairs yourself and do not replace the correct parts and you need other parts, you are responsible for return shipping costs to return the incorrect parts. For this reason, we typically recommend that you provide the most detailed information to assist us in advising you the correct parts to replace before you make any purchases for replacement parts, or simply send the board/battery box to us for repair first so that we can properly diagnose the issues and limit the downtime you experience on your board.

Step 5.       If you choose to send the board to us for diagnosis and repair, we will provide the return shipping instructions and you pay the shipping expense to and from our facility.

Step 6.       Once we receive the board, we will diagnose it free of charge and provide you the cost of parts to repair your board.

Step 7.       If you accept the cost for repair and pay for the components and return shipping charges, we will repair your board and ship it back to you.
